Home Report

A Home Report must be obtained by the seller of a residential property before the property can be marketed.  This is a legal requirement in Scotland.  As part of our service to you we can deal with all of the arrangements of provision of your Home Report.  We deal with a very reputable and well established firm of Surveyors who are highly experienced in all aspects of the Home Report.

All information regarding the Home Report, including the costs, will be discussed with you at the time of Valuation.  We can offer special repayment terms (subject to status) for your Home Report alleviating any need for any upfront payment to be made.
